No. You don’t own the videos and the subscription price reflects this. Being a monthly subscriber entitles you to watch them all as many times as you want, but if you end your subscription, you will not be able to watch any videos.
Our Help Desk operates Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and will always endeavour to reply to questions within 24 hours, often much sooner.
We also offer a limited weekend service.
