Please read "How it works" on our website, it explains how to create an account. Then please set up a new account with us using the same email address as you had on Patreon (but you can choose any password you like). This helps our system identify you as a previous Patreon subscriber.
If you have paid us through Patreon on the 1st of the month, we will identify you and make sure you are not charged on the new system until the next month so you will not be double charged.
Once you have created the account please choose the same channel(s) as you had on Patreon. This will ensure you have access to all the previous videos you subscribed to on Patreon. You can change channels subsequently if you choose.
Please enter your card details, but as a Patreon subscriber, you won't be charged anything until the 1st of the next month. The card details are taken for future payments.
Please note that you will not be able to use the Patreon App with our website, but we have designed it so that you can watch the videos comfortably on Laptops, Ipads etc. There is an enlarge screen button that makes the videos fill the whole screen for those who like a larger view.
Once you have done this, please let us know and we can check everything is up and running correctly for you. Your Patreon account needs to be cancelled before the 1st of the month to avoid double payment. We can permanently block your Patreon account if you email us at andrewrobsonbridgecast@gmail.com and ask us to do it.
Our Help Desk operates Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and will always endeavour to reply to questions within 24 hours, often much sooner.
