You can pay a one-off fee to unlock previous videos using our Back Catalogue function. Log in to your account and choose Back Catalogue on the left hand menu. You can now Add Back Catalogue videos. Please note that our pricing is heavily skewed towards bulk purchasing access to the videos. Choosing just one or two is expensive, but the more you choose the cheaper they get. Choose the videos you want to unlock and the price will appear on the screen before you have to make any commitment.
Please note that to continue to access Back Catalogue videos you have paid to unlock, you need to have a monthly subscription of some sort. If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to the back catalogue videos in the same way you lose access to other previous videos form your subscription period.
Our Help Desk operates Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and will always endeavour to reply to questions within 24 hours, often much sooner.
