Sometimes we find that subscribers have inadvertently pressed the “unsubscribe from this email” button. This is to be found on the daily email just below the Watch Now button in green. It says “Unsubscribe me from this mailing list”. Be careful not to press this button unless you want to stop the daily emails. If you think this may have happened to you, please email us and we can re-subscribe you. PLEASE NOTE, unsubscribing from the daily email does not cancel your subscription. That needs to be done from your account. Please see "What if I decide to cancel" below.
Don’t forget, the email just gives you a link to our website where you watch the videos on our website. You don’t need the email to watch the video, just go to https://andrewrobsonbridgecast.com/app at any time and watch the video there.
Our Help Desk operates Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and will always endeavour to reply to questions within 24 hours, often much sooner.
