For security reasons our system is programmed to ask you to login once a month. If you are being asked to login more frequently then it will be the device you are using that is asking you to do this. Try one of the following:
Click on the “Remember Me” option when you log in.
Use Google Chrome, Safari Keychain or similar, all systems which will remember your login details for you.
Our Help Desk operates Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and will always endeavour to reply to questions within 24 hours, often much sooner.
