Once you are in the Account section, you will see under the Heading “Your Account” the small green words “Payment Method”. Click on this. Then please add your new card details on the right hand side in the light grey box with a large + sign. Please don't forget to confirm the process by clicking on the black box which says "Update Payment Method" to complete the process.
Our Help Desk operates Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and will always endeavour to reply to questions within 24 hours, often much sooner.
