Please Login to your account with us on the website and then look for the Accounts Tab on the left hand side of the page. Click on it.
On the right hand side of the page, about half way down you will see a box with your current email address.
Type in your new email address instead of the old one and press save. You will need to confirm with your existing password. You will be sent an email to confirm it is you who has made the change. If you can’t find it search for an email from hello@andrewrobsonbridgecast.com in your inbox. In spite of our best efforts, sometimes these emails end up in your Junk/Spam box.
Once confirmed, your email address should be registered.
Our Help Desk operates Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, and will always endeavour to reply to questions within 24 hours, often much sooner.
We also offer a limited weekend service.
